How we work
Clear requirements before development
You provide the business goals, functional requirements, and relevant rules. We assess feasibility, recommend a technical approach, and agree on scope and acceptance criteria before development begins.
Milestone-based delivery
We demonstrate progress at agreed milestones and review the results with you. Changes to requirements are assessed for their impact on scope, schedule, and cost before implementation.
Direct implementation support
Work directly with the person responsible for implementation to clarify technical questions, understand trade-offs, and coordinate the inputs and access needed for the project.
Clear scope and responsibilities
Before work begins, we agree on deliverables, acceptance criteria, and each party’s responsibilities, including source ownership, account access, and third-party licenses. Deployment, ongoing maintenance, and operational or marketing support are included only where agreed in the scope of work.
